All of our cordless vacuum cleaners come with a guarantee.
At Splendid Vacuum Cleaners we take pride in our repair and refurbishing skills. Every vacuum cleaner sold by us is protected with a minimum 30-day guarantee, extending to 90 days for new models. Additionally we offer an extended repair plan for extra peace of mind. Please see below for details.

I am a small business operator from Essex, offering my repair/ refurbishment services to customers across Essex, London and beyond.
We have a refined methodology which means every vacuum cleaner we sell has been refurbished to the highest standard. We are confident in our work and are happy to guarantee local customers replacements or refunds if their vacuum doesn’t meet their expectations.

We can fix 100% of issues, and have spare replacement parts for all Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner models, V7 and up. For other models and brands, please reach out as we may still be able to help.

Our Guarantees
Our Warranty and Repair Plans
We offer one of two warranty/ repair plans with each new or refurbished vacuum cleaner we sell.
- New Cordless Vacuum Cleaners: Each new cordless vacuum cleaner we sell has a 90-day guarantee on any electrical or mechanical issue. If you have a problem with your vacuum cleaner, contact us and we will arrange for either:
- A return postage label and a full refund
- A replacement part if the issue can be diagnosed
- A repair and service with all postage costs covered
- NOTE: The guarantee does not cover water or accidental damage
On top of the 90 day guarantee a further 6-month repair plan (starting once the 90 day guarantee expires) is included as standard with new models. See below for details.
2. Refurbished Cordless Vacuum Cleaners: Each Refurbished cordless vacuum cleaner we sell has a 30-day guarantee on any electrical or mechanical issue. If you have a problem with your vacuum cleaner, contact us and we will arrange for either:
- A return postage label and a full refund
- A replacement part if the issue can be diagnosed remotely
- A repair and service with all postage costs covered
- NOTE: The guarantee does not cover water or accidental damage
On top of the 30 day guarantee a further 3-month repair plan (starting once the 30 day guarantee expires) is included as standard with Refurbished models. See below for details.
3. Repair Plan: for the duration of the repair plan period we will repair any issue you encounter for just the wholesale price of any replacement parts and return postage, new or refurbished. No labour costs will be charged for this period.
